Here's my 'one of a kind' Honda
Prelude. I affectionally call her "Lady Bitch".
I painted her this way Nov. '97.
The car originally was white but in '96 I painted it
Platinum White Pearl fading to white. The fade was done
with a checker board pattern about where the scallops are
now. Very subtle, looked like a reflection on the car.
The only problem was it couldn't be photographed!
Finally I threw up my hands, got a wild hair, and did
this paint job.
Now I am considering selling or trading my car. My car is so well known
I can't go anywhere without everyone knowing. I had to
buy a Mit Eclipse GS (looks like one of 100) so I can go
places incognito.
If you are interested in my Prelude, Kelly's Blue Book is
$4900 for a clean, stock model. I will entertain any
resonable offer or trade for another Gen3 Prelude.
The car does have 160,000 miles but runs
great! It was mint when I bought it and I do regular
maintenance.
